Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Prezento.bd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) to us subject to the terms below.

 

1. Eligibility for Return

 

You can initiate a return or exchange for item(s) purchased from Prezento.bd within 7 (Seven) calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product).

  • Defective/Damaged: The product is visibly damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.

  • Incomplete/Missing Item: The product is incomplete or has missing parts/accessories.

 

Condition of Returnable Item(s):

 

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition (for fashion/apparel, products may be tried on for fit only).

  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, manufacturer’s box (undamaged), user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

 

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimate/Personal Care Products: Cosmetics, perfumes, hair care, and other personal hygiene items due to hygiene reasons.

  • Perishable Goods: Food items, flowers, or other perishable products.

  • Custom-Made/Personalized Items: Products that were customized or personalized specifically for your order.

  • Items Marked as "Final Sale": Products explicitly stated as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear after a successful delivery.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

 

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Customer Service Email Address] or call us at [Your Customer Service Phone Number] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: State your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return (refer to the eligibility list above). Please attach clear pictures or a video of the product, especially if it is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you instructions for the return.

  4. Package the Item: Securely pack the product(s) in the original, undamaged box/packaging, along with the invoice and all accessories. 

  5. Send the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our team to send the item back to our designated return address.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Prezento.bd Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, change of choice etc.), Prezento.bd will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is for a reason other than our error (e.g., you changed your mind, or the item did not fit despite correct sizing being delivered), the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

5. Refund Process

 

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection (QC). We will notify you via email or phone of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the package.
