  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to nationwide across Bangladesh".

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for Dhaka, and 7-10 business days outside Dhaka. These times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
